Can I connect desk phones with SIP trunking, or forward calls to my own phones?

There is no SIP trunk connection to desk phones. The Votel phone system works over the web.

You can forward calls to any external number instead. In Settings, then Phone, edit the phone number and set its destination to another phone number. The Follow Me feature can also ring external numbers. Because the call still passes through Votel, it can be recorded and transcribed.
